Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact pressnbuy@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We can only guarantee a cancellation when fulfillment has not already begun. Because some products are sent directly by third-party fulfillment partners, processing can begin shortly after an order is placed.

If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the applicable Returns & Refunds policy will apply after delivery.

If Press&Buy must cancel an order because an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
