We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and include its original packaging and accessories. Items showing use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts or incomplete packaging may not qualify.

Before returning an item

Email pressnbuy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back without return instructions, because products may be fulfilled from different locations.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally paid by the customer. If the product arrived damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or the wrong item was sent, Press&Buy will review the case and provide the appropriate return, replacement or refund instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected when a return is required. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer's jurisdiction.
